AI implementation, step by step Start small. Prove it. Then scale.

Most AI projects fail because they start too big. We start with one workflow, measure the hours, build it properly inside your tools, and only then decide what comes next — together.

01

Audit

Find the one workflow worth automating first.

We map how the work actually happens today — who touches it, which tools, how long it takes, where it breaks — and measure the hours. Then we rank the opportunities by time returned versus effort and risk.

What you get

  • A one-page map of the workflow, today and automated
  • Measured hours and volumes, not guesses
  • A ranked list of what to automate first — and what not to
  • A fixed-scope proposal for the first build
02

Build

Build it inside your tools, with guardrails.

We build and connect the integration in your accounts, write the playbook the AI follows, and add approvals wherever money, prices or regulated messages are involved. We test it on real scenarios with your team before anything touches a customer.

What you get

  • The working integration, connected to your tools
  • Approval steps, handoffs and logging built in
  • A plain-English runbook and short training for your team
  • A launch plan with a quiet first week
03

Run & Optimize

Keep it working, and make it better every month.

Once it’s live we monitor it, review the edge cases with you, tune the playbook and extend it as your business changes. You get a short monthly report: what it handled, what it escalated, and what we improved.

What you get

  • Monitoring and alerts, with fallbacks so nothing is lost
  • Monthly review of edge cases and missed intents
  • Playbook and prompt updates as prices, hours or services change
  • A monthly report in plain numbers

How we decide what to build

One workflow at a time

We start with the bottleneck that costs you most and prove it before building anything else.

Your tools, your accounts

We build inside the software you already use and set accounts up in your name. Nothing is held hostage.

People approve what matters

Money, prices, regulated messages and anything unusual go through a person. The AI does the busywork, not the judgement.

Honest about limits

If something isn’t worth automating — or AI isn’t the right fix — we say so, even if it means a smaller project.

Privacy by design

Minimum data, documented flows, and vendors that don’t train on your data — designed around PIPEDA and your industry’s rules.

Plain English

No jargon in proposals, reports or training. If you can’t explain what it does to your team, it isn’t finished.

Pricing

You’ll know the cost before anything is built.

Every engagement is scoped on a short call. You get a fixed price for the build and a clear monthly running cost covering software, usage and support. No hourly meters, no surprise invoices.

Because we start with one workflow, the first commitment is small — and it’s sized against the hours it gives back, so you can judge it on your own numbers.

FAQ

Cost and timeline questions

How is pricing worked out?

Every engagement is scoped on a call. You get a fixed price for the build and a clear monthly running cost — software, usage and support — before anything is built. No surprise invoices.

How long until something is live?

It depends on the workflow and the tools involved. We agree the timeline in writing during scoping, and we start with one workflow so you see real results before committing to more.

Do you only build, or do you also run it?

Both. After launch we monitor, tune and extend what we built under Run & Optimize, and send you a plain-English report on what it handled. You can also take it in-house — everything is documented.

Is there a long contract?

Terms are agreed in writing before work begins, and they’re designed so we earn the next phase rather than lock you in. You own the workflows and accounts we set up for you.

Bring one task your team is tired of.

In 20 minutes we’ll show you how it gets handled, and whether it’s worth doing. If it isn’t, we’ll say so.
