We ask everyone, the same way
Google’s policies prohibit review gating (asking only customers you expect to be happy) and discouraging negative reviews. Every customer gets the same request, with no satisfaction screen in front of the link.
Every customer gets the same short request when the work is done. When a review comes in, the AI drafts a reply in your voice and you approve it from your phone. Nothing is gated, bought or invented.

Job #4127 marked complete by Sam · kitchen drain cleared, camera inspection done · Mississauga · 3:18 pm
Texted 5:30 pm: “Hi Dana, it’s Fernbank Plumbing. Thanks for having Sam out today. If you have a minute, a Google review helps us: [link] Reply STOP to opt out.”
New Google review · 5★ · Dana R. · 8:04 pm · “On time, showed me the camera footage, and the kitchen was spotless after.”
Approve, but thank the team, not just Sam. Priya was on that call too.

Every finished job asked; this review answered 5 min after it arrived, with your approval.
Set this up for my businessWe agree the trigger and the timing: a few hours after the job closes, or the evening after a visit. Then the channel for each customer, one reminder at most, and when to stop.
No rating screen, no discount, no draw. The same message goes to everyone you served, with a link straight to your Google review form. Only people who opted out of messages are skipped.
A short tone guide, built from your best past replies, shapes each draft. Good reviews get specific thanks. Critical ones get a calm acknowledgement and a named person to contact.
Drafts reach you in Slack, by text or by email. Your edits refine the tone guide, and a monthly digest summarizes what customers keep praising or raising.

No discounts, draws or freebies for a review, which Google prohibits. We never write, buy or post reviews. Canada’s Competition Bureau has warned about undisclosed employee reviews, and the FTC’s rule in the US bans fake reviews.
Google requires a business’s explicit approval before anyone replies on its behalf. Your written authorization sits in our agreement, nothing posts until you approve it, and you keep ownership of your profile.
Each text and email names your business and includes an opt-out, designed around CASL in Canada and TCPA rules in the US. For clinics, requests and replies carry no health information, in line with PIPEDA and PHIPA, or HIPAA for US practices.
Two people at the front desk, about 60 patient visits a week. Today they text a review link when they remember and answer reviews in a batch every few weeks. The AI sends every request and drafts every reply.
About 1–2 hours a week back for the front desk (estimate)
Estimates use typical volumes and include a 20% allowance for overlap and ramp-up. Your audit measures the real numbers.
Ask most owners and they’ll say the same thing: the customers who loved the work rarely leave a review on their own. The ones who write unprompted are often the ones who had a bad day. It isn’t that people won’t review you. Nobody asked at the moment it mattered, with a link that takes ten seconds.
Replies slip for the same reason. A review lands at 8 pm, you mean to answer it, and three weeks later it’s still waiting. The next customer reads your replies too, and a thoughtful answer to a 3-star review can say more about you than a row of 5-star ones.
The request goes out on its own, triggered by the system you already run. Every customer gets the same short message, timed for when the work is fresh, with a link straight to your Google review form. If they don’t leave one, there’s a single reminder, then nothing more.
When a review arrives, on any rating, the AI drafts a reply in your voice. You see it in Slack or by text, change a word if you like, and tap approve. The same consent records can power your AI SMS and email follow-ups, and reviews from Facebook and Google can share one inbox through our Zernio integration.
Review tools get businesses into trouble when they try to shape the result: asking only happy customers, offering a discount, or writing reviews themselves. We don’t build any of that. The goal is more genuine reviews and better replies, not a better-looking average. Honest reviews, each one answered by the owner, are what read as real to the next customer.
Every engagement is scoped on a call. You’ll know the cost before anything is built.

No. Asking only happy customers is called review gating, and Google’s policies prohibit it, along with discouraging negative reviews. We send the same request to everyone you served, and help you answer a fair 3-star review well instead of trying to avoid it.
Not for Google reviews. Google prohibits incentives of any kind, and reviews tied to them can be removed. Consumer-protection rules in Canada and the US add disclosure duties of their own, so the request stays a simple thank-you and a link.
Not by default. Google requires the business’s explicit approval before a third party replies on its behalf, so every draft waits for you. If you later want routine 5-star thank-yous to post on their own, we do that only with your written sign-off.
It flags the review to you straight away and drafts a short, calm reply that acknowledges the problem, doesn’t argue and shares no private details. If a review breaks Google’s content rules, we help you report it through Google’s own process, without promising it will come down.
Requests and replies contain no health information, and replies never confirm someone is a patient. Ontario’s dental and medical colleges restrict testimonials in your own advertising, so we don’t turn reviews into ads. We act as your agent under PHIPA and, for US practices, use vendors that sign a HIPAA business associate agreement.
It depends on how many customers you serve, how many locations you have and which system triggers the request. We scope it on a short call and give you a fixed build price and a clear monthly running cost before anything is built.
Bring your call volume, your tools and the part that annoys you most. In 20 minutes you’ll know what it would take — and whether it’s worth doing.
