Emergencies always reach a person
You define what counts as urgent — no heat in winter, active leaks, sparking panels. Those calls are transferred live to your on-call tech, with a text fallback.
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, renovation and cleaning companies lose the most time in the gaps between jobs: missed calls, slow quotes, invoices typed twice. We close those gaps with AI that plugs into the software you already run.

AI receptionist call
Thanks for calling Northline Heating. I’m the virtual assistant — I can book a visit or pass you to the on-call tech. How can I help?
Hi — our furnace stopped blowing warm air tonight.
Sorry to hear that. What’s the postal code, and is anyone without heat who’s at risk — young kids or seniors?
M4C 1B5. No, we’re okay with space heaters until morning.
You’re in our area. I can book 8–10 am or 1–3 pm tomorrow. Which works?
8 to 10, please.
You’re booked for Thursday, 8 to 10. You’ll get a text confirmation now and a reminder in the morning. Anything else?
Booked in 1 min 48 s — no voicemail, no call-back.
Set this up for my businessWithout: Three calls go to voicemail while the crew loads the truck. Two never leave a message.
With Sadaat: Every call is answered, qualified and booked into open slots. The crew gets a text summary.
Without: You’re on a roof when a homeowner asks for a quote. You promise to send it tonight.
With Sadaat: Your site notes and photos become a priced draft quote from your own price book. You approve it from your phone.
Without: The office spends an hour re-entering finished jobs into QuickBooks.
With Sadaat: Completed jobs turn into QuickBooks invoices with a payment link, the same day.
Without: A customer calls asking when the tech will arrive. Nobody knows offhand.
With Sadaat: Customers get automatic on-the-way and running-late texts, and nobody has to chase the answer.
Without: An after-hours emergency call rings out. They call the next company.
With Sadaat: The assistant spots the emergency, warm-transfers it to your on-call tech and books everything else for the morning.
Works with the software you already run
Connected through official APIs where they exist; your tools stay the source of truth. Names and logos are trademarks of their owners.
You define what counts as urgent — no heat in winter, active leaks, sparking panels. Those calls are transferred live to your on-call tech, with a text fallback.
Quotes are drafted from your price book and rules, never invented. Nothing goes to a customer until you or your estimator approves it.
Job confirmations and on-the-way updates are transactional. Promotional texts only go to customers who opted in, with STOP handling built in, in line with CASL in Canada and TCPA rules in the US.
Four techs, two in the office. About 30 calls a day in winter, 8 quotes a week and 60 invoices a month. They start with the receptionist, quotes and QuickBooks invoicing.
About 7–9 hours a week back for the office (estimate)
Estimates use typical volumes and include a 20% allowance for overlap and ramp-up. Your audit measures the real numbers.
Your crews are good at the work. The time leaks out around it: the phone that rings while everyone’s on a ladder, the quote that waits until Sunday night, the job that’s finished on Tuesday and invoiced on Friday. None of it is hard. It’s just constant, and it lands on the owner or the one person in the office.
We usually start where money is leaking fastest. For most trades that’s missed calls and slow quotes. A homeowner with a broken furnace calls three companies and books whoever answers. A homeowner waiting on a renovation quote signs with whoever sends one first.
Your number, your software, your prices and your judgement. The AI answers, drafts and updates; you and your team approve and do the work.
We already know your industry. Tell us your team size, where the week leaks and where your work lives.
Question 1 of 5
Estimated time back
An estimate, not a promise — based on typical volumes for a team your size, less 20% for overlap and ramp-up. Your audit measures the real numbers.

No. We build around the field-service software you already run and use its API where it offers one. Your team keeps working in the screens they know; the AI fills in the gaps around them.
Only the prices you’re comfortable sharing — a service-call fee or a price range, for example. For anything that needs a site visit, it books the visit or starts a draft quote for you to approve.
The assistant recognizes the emergencies you define and warm-transfers them to your on-call number with a short summary. If nobody picks up, it texts the on-call tech and tells the caller what happens next.
That’s where it helps most. AI doesn’t get overwhelmed by the first cold snap or the first heat wave — it answers every call at the same pace while your team focuses on the work.
Most trades businesses start with one workflow, usually call answering or quoting. We scope it on a call, agree the timeline before we start, and expand once you’ve seen it work on real jobs.
In 20 minutes we’ll show you how it gets handled, and whether it’s worth doing. If it isn’t, we’ll say so.
