These terms apply to your use of sadaat.ai (and sadaat.ca, which redirects to it), operated by Sadaat Ventures (“Sadaat”). By using the site you agree to them. Work we do for clients is governed by a separate written agreement.

Information on this site

We write carefully, but the content is general information, not professional, legal, tax, accounting or medical advice. Technology, prices and platform rules change; confirm anything important with us or a qualified advisor before relying on it.

Demos, scenarios and estimates

The demos on this site are scripted simulations of the kinds of workflows we build. Example scenarios use illustrative assumptions and are not results from real clients. Hours shown by the Bottleneck Finder and in scenarios are estimates, not promises; actual results depend on your volumes, tools and processes.

Third-party names and links

Product and company names such as QuickBooks, WhatsApp, Instagram, Google and Zernio are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to describe compatibility. Sadaat is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by those companies. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we’re not responsible for their content.

Your submissions

When you contact us or book a call, please share only what’s needed to describe your situation, and don’t send sensitive personal information such as health or financial account details through the website. Our privacy policy explains how we handle what you send.

Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the site — for example by attempting to break its security, overload it, scrape it at scale or send spam through its forms.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, text, graphics and code belong to Sadaat or our licensors. You may share links and quote short passages with attribution; please ask before reusing anything else.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Sadaat isn’t liable for losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
