Privacy policy Your information, handled with care.
Effective October 7, 2026.
This policy explains how Sadaat Ventures (“Sadaat”, “we”, “us”), based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you visit sadaat.ai (or sadaat.ca, which redirects to it), use the Bottleneck Finder, book a call or contact us. We follow the principles of Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Who is responsible
Our privacy contact is Syed Ali Zaidi, Founder. You can reach him at muhammad@sadaat.ca with any question or request about your personal information.
What we collect and why
| When | What | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Contact form | Name, email, company (optional), your message, the topic you pick and the page you came from | To reply to you and understand what you need |
| Booking a call | Details you enter in our Calendly booking form, plus context from the page or Bottleneck Finder answers you chose to bring | To schedule and prepare for the call |
| Bottleneck Finder | Your five answers, kept in your browser for the session; nothing is sent to us unless you book or ask us to email your blueprint | To show your blueprint and carry context to the call |
| Emailing a blueprint (if offered) | First name, email, your blueprint code and whether you opted in to occasional ideas | To send what you asked for; marketing only with your separate, unticked opt-in |
| Analytics (only with your consent) | Pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser details, and interactions such as bookings started | To learn which pages help and improve the site |
| Server logs | IP address, browser user agent, pages requested and timestamps | Security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting |
We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use it for purposes you wouldn’t reasonably expect.
Consent
By sending a form or booking a call, you consent to us using your information to respond. Analytics tools load only after you choose “Allow analytics”; you can change your mind at any time with the “Privacy choices” link in the footer. Commercial emails are sent only with your consent, always identify us, and include an easy way to unsubscribe, in line with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
Service providers and transfers outside Canada
We use trusted providers to run this site. They process information on our behalf and may store it outside Canada, including in the United States and the European Union, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law:
- Hostinger — hosts our website and contact-form service on a virtual private server.
- Resend and Brevo — deliver the emails generated by our forms.
- Calendly — runs our booking calendar.
- Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — website analytics, only after you consent.
- Microsoft 365 — our business email.
Cookies and browser storage
We store a few small items in your browser that the site needs to work: your analytics choice, your motion preference, and — for the current session only — your Bottleneck Finder blueprint and whether you’ve booked. With your consent, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set their own cookies (such as _ga, _clck and _clsk). The Calendly booking window, when you open it, is run by Calendly and may set its own cookies; it shows its own cookie notice.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiries and booking details for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client (in which case your agreement applies) or you ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are kept for a short period for security, generally no longer than 30 days.
Security
We protect information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, a hardened server and providers with strong security practices. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care and will notify you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada where required if a breach creates a real risk of significant harm.
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal limits. Email muhammad@sadaat.ca and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Visitors from the United States
We don’t sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. If your state gives you additional privacy rights, contact us and we’ll honour them.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and isn’t directed at children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We’ll update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date above.
