AI Social Media Management Show up on every feed, without living on your phone.

Send one idea, photo or video. The AI drafts a caption for each network in your voice, you approve it in a tap, and it’s scheduled to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and the rest. Comments and DMs land in one inbox.

What it replaces

Off your plate.

  • Rewriting the same caption five times for five apps
  • Logging in and out of every network to post
  • Weeks of silence once the busy season starts
  • Comments and DMs found days after they were sent
  • Guessing what worked from scattered in-app stats
How it works

Step by step.

  1. 01

We learn your voice and your rhythm

We read your best past posts and agree on tone, words to avoid, hashtags and how often to post. It becomes a short voice guide, and every caption is checked against it.

  2. 02

    You connect your own accounts

Each network is connected through its normal sign-in, under your name. You keep ownership and can revoke access at any time. Nothing is posted from our accounts.

  3. 03

Send raw material, approve the drafts

Photos, reels, a webinar or a few words about a finished job. The AI drafts a version per network within each one’s limits, cuts long videos into short clips, and you approve, edit or skip.

  4. 04

Posts go out, replies come back

Approved posts fill recurring time slots based on when your audience is active. If a network rejects one, you’re told why and offered a fix. Comments and DMs arrive in one inbox, and each month we tune the voice guide with you.

Guardrails

You stay in control.

Nothing posts without your approval

Every draft waits for you by default. If you later want routine posts to go out on a schedule you’ve pre-approved, that choice is written down and easy to reverse.

Your accounts stay yours

You connect each network through its own sign-in and can disconnect it at any time. Sadaat never owns your profiles, and every post goes out under your authorization.

No invented results, honest about AI

Captions describe real work and real offers, never made-up numbers or customer quotes. Where a network offers an AI-content label, as TikTok and YouTube do, we use it. Complaints and health or privacy questions always go to a person, and clinic posts stay within Ontario college advertising guidance.

Boosts need a person and the right ad category

If a post is boosted, you approve the budget first. Real estate and mortgage posts run in Meta’s special ad categories for housing and financial products, which limit targeting by design.

In practice

What it looks like.

Example scenario · illustrative, not a client result

A four-agent real estate team

They aim for 6 posts a week across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile: listings, open houses and market notes. Today one agent writes and posts each one by hand, and comments wait for days.

About 3–4 hours a week back for the agent who runs social (estimate)

The math
  • Posts today: 6 a week × ~35 min each (write, resize, post to 5 networks) ≈ 3.5 h/week
  • With drafts ready: 6 × ~8 min to review and approve ≈ 0.8 h/week, so ≈ 2.7 h/week saved
  • Comments and DMs: ~40 a week × ~2 min saved finding and drafting replies ≈ 1.3 h/week
  • Monday stats no longer pulled by hand: ≈ 0.5 h/week
  • Total ≈ 4.5 h/week, less 20% for overlap and ramp-up ≈ 3.6 h/week

Estimates use typical volumes and include a 20% allowance for overlap and ramp-up. Your audit measures the real numbers.

Why it matters

Why posting slips first when you get busy

Most small businesses know they should post more often. The material is there: finished jobs, new treatments, fresh listings. Turning it into posts is the slow part. One idea becomes five rewrites, five logins and five image sizes. Then the busy season arrives, posting stops, and comments sit unanswered for days.

An agency can keep posts coming, but the captions often turn generic, and you still answer the DMs yourself.

What changes with Social Media Autopilot

You send the raw material: a phone video from site, a before-and-after, a note about a new service. The AI turns it into a version for each network: a short hook for TikTok and Reels, a fuller post for LinkedIn, a photo update for your Google Business Profile. Each is written from a voice guide built on your own best posts, and you approve, edit or skip it, usually in a minute or two.

Approved posts drop into time slots chosen from when your audience is active. A long video can become short captioned clips. Comments and DMs land in one inbox, and a Monday digest tells you what worked, in plain English. When a post deserves a budget, Meta ads can take it from there, with you approving the spend.

Built on Zernio, with the limits stated plainly

Publishing is built on Zernio, a single connection that reaches 15+ networks; our Zernio integrations page has the full list. Each network has its own rules. Bluesky posts top out at 300 characters. Google Business Profile takes one image and no video. Pinterest has no inbox, LinkedIn messages come through for company pages only, and TikTok DMs need a business account. If a network rejects a post, you hear why and get a fix, not a silent gap in your feed.

Your accounts stay in your name, and you can disconnect them whenever you like. Reviews that arrive on your Google profile can be answered through review replies, with your approval on each one.

How we roll it out

Audit. Build. Run.

Every engagement is scoped on a call. You’ll know the cost before anything is built.

  1. 01

    Audit

    • Review of last month’s posts: what went out, where, and what got a response
    • Voice guide draft: tone, words to avoid, hashtags and emoji rules
    • Network plan: which networks matter for you, posting rhythm and content mix
  2. 02

    Build

    • Your accounts connected under your ownership, built on Zernio
    • Caption drafting tuned to your voice and each network’s limits
    • Approval flow in Slack or email, recurring posting slots and one inbox for comments and DMs
  3. 03

    Run & Optimize

    • Monday digest: reach, engagement, follower change and Google profile calls
    • Monthly review of what worked, with voice-guide updates
    • Account health checks, so expired logins are fixed before posts fail
FAQ

Questions owners ask about Social Media Autopilot

Last updated October 7, 2026

Will the captions sound like AI wrote them?

They’re drafted from your best past posts and a voice guide we write with you, so they read like you on a good day. You approve or edit every one, and your edits feed back into the guide each month.

Which networks can Social Media Autopilot post to?

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, X, Reddit, Bluesky and Google Business Profile, among 15+ networks, built on Zernio. We only promise what each network supports: Google Business Profile takes one image and no video, and Bluesky posts top out at 300 characters.

Can it turn one long video into short clips?

Yes. A webinar, walkthrough or YouTube video is transcribed, and the AI suggests the strongest moments as short vertical clips with captions for Reels, Shorts and TikTok. You choose which clips go out, and each one gets its own caption per network.

Who owns the social accounts and the content?

You do. You connect each account through the network’s own sign-in and can revoke access at any time. Everything we draft for you is yours to keep and reuse.

Does it reply to comments and DMs on its own?

Not by default. Comments and DMs land in one inbox with a suggested reply for your team to send. Simple answers, like opening hours or a booking link, can go out automatically if you choose; anything sensitive always goes to a person.

What does AI social media management cost to run?

It depends on how many networks and accounts you connect, how often you post, and whether you want the inbox and video clips. We scope it on a short call and give you a fixed build price and a clear monthly running cost before anything is built.

Let’s map Social Media Autopilot to your workflow.

Bring your call volume, your tools and the part that annoys you most. In 20 minutes you’ll know what it would take — and whether it’s worth doing.
