Set this up for my business
What it replaces

Off your plate.

  • Boosting a post and hoping for the best
  • Writing one ad and running it for months
  • Downloading lead-form files and copying them into the CRM
  • Ad leads that wait a day for a reply
How it works

Step by step.

  1. 01

We set up tracking you can trust

We connect the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to your CRM, so the ads learn from booked jobs, not cheap clicks. The ad account stays yours.

  2. 02

AI drafts variations, you approve them

AI drafts headlines, opening lines and formats from your best posts, real job photos and current offers. We check them against Meta’s ad standards; nothing is created until you approve the ad and the budget.

  3. 03

Every lead is answered within a minute

Lead-form submissions land in your CRM the moment they’re sent and get a text from your business within 60 seconds. Ready leads are booked or handed to a person.

  4. 04

A weekly report in plain English

Every Monday: what ran, cost per lead and per booked call, which version won and what we’d change. Budget changes are suggestions you approve.

Guardrails

You stay in control.

You approve every ad and every budget

Each new ad, audience change and budget increase waits for your approval. Caps are set in the ad account itself, so spend can’t drift past what you agreed.

Housing, credit and job ads in the right category

Real estate, mortgage and hiring ads must run in Meta’s special ad categories. We declare the category up front and work within its limits: no targeting by age, gender or postal code, and no lookalike audiences.

Every ad goes through Meta’s review

Meta reviews every ad before it runs. We write to its standards from the start and fix and resubmit anything rejected, rather than working around it.

Consent on the form, before the first text

Lead forms carry a consent line naming your business. Follow-up texts say they’re automated, identify you and offer an opt-out, in line with CASL in Canada and the TCPA in the US. Lead data is handled in line with PIPEDA.

Health ads follow your college’s rules

For Ontario dental and medical clinics, ads avoid testimonials and the incentives your college restricts. Audiences are never built from anyone’s health.

In practice

What it looks like.

Example scenario · illustrative, not a client result

A five-person basement renovation company

The owner boosts two posts a week, copies about 15 form leads a week into the CRM by hand and reads Ads Manager on Sunday night. We count only time saved, not results.

About 1.5–2 hours a week back for the owner (estimate)

The math
  • Building ads: 2 a week × ~20 min saved (~30 min to build, ~10 min to review a draft) ≈ 40 min
  • Lead handling: 15 leads a week × ~4 min (download, copy into the CRM, first text) ≈ 60 min
  • Reporting: ~45 min in Ads Manager down to ~10 min reading the Monday summary ≈ 35 min
  • Total ≈ 135 min/week ≈ 2.25 h/week
  • Less 20% for overlap and ramp-up ≈ 1.8 h/week

Estimates use typical volumes and include a 20% allowance for overlap and ramp-up. Your audit measures the real numbers.

Why it matters

Why boosting posts rarely adds up

Most small businesses run Meta ads the same way. A post does well, someone taps Boost, picks an audience in a hurry and moves on. A few leads trickle in through a form nobody checks until Thursday. The report is full of reach and impressions, and none of it says whether the phone rang.

Good ads need steady, unglamorous work: several versions of every ad, tracking you can trust, a fast reply to every lead and a weekly look at what’s working. That work is the first thing to slip when you’re busy.

What changes with AI-assisted Meta ads

AI takes on the repetitive parts. It finds what already works on your page, drafts several versions of each ad and checks each one with a preview and a dry run before anything is created. You see the ad as it will appear, with the budget beside it, and approve it or send it back.

Once Meta approves the ad, every lead-form submission goes straight into your CRM and gets a text within a minute. Leads who want to talk are passed to AI lead qualification or to your team. Bookings flow back to Meta through the Conversions API, so the ads learn from real jobs.

Built on tools you already use

The ads run in your own ad account. Drafting, previews and lead delivery are built on Zernio, the same layer behind our social media autopilot, so your organic posts and your ads are planned together. The same Zernio integrations can later add Google, TikTok or LinkedIn ads.

Every Monday you get a short summary in plain English, and nothing changes until you say yes.

FAQ

Questions owners ask about Meta Ads

Last updated October 7, 2026

Who owns the Meta ad account, pixel and audiences?

You do. We work through partner access in your Meta business portfolio, and Meta bills ad spend to your own payment method. If we part ways, the account, pixel, audiences and history stay with you.

Will AI-generated ads look generic?

They start from your real work: job photos, listings and posts that already did well. AI drafts several versions, we cut the weak ones and you approve the rest. Images are your own photos, never invented work.

Can you run real estate and mortgage ads on Facebook and Instagram?

Yes, in the right special ad category: Housing for listings, and credit or financial products for mortgages. Those categories switch off targeting by age, gender and postal code, so we use wider locations and let the creative do more of the work.

How fast does a Facebook lead-form lead get a reply?

Usually within a minute. Meta passes each submission along as soon as it’s sent; it’s written to your CRM and a text goes out naming your business, with an opt-out. If the lead asks for a person, your team is alerted.

Can you promise a cost per lead or a number of bookings?

No. Results depend on your offer, area, season and Meta’s auction, which nobody controls. We commit to the work: tested creative, fast follow-up, honest weekly numbers and changes you approve.

What does Meta ads management cost to run?

Your ad spend is paid to Meta directly. Our part depends on how many campaigns and lead sources we connect. We scope it on a short call and give you a fixed build price and a clear monthly running cost before anything is built.

Let’s map Meta Ads to your workflow.

Bring your call volume, your tools and the part that annoys you most. In 20 minutes you’ll know what it would take — and whether it’s worth doing.
