Task-focused, by design
Meta no longer allows general-purpose AI chatbots on the WhatsApp Business Platform. Your assistant handles your business’s tasks — questions, bookings, reminders — and politely declines the rest.
A business assistant on the WhatsApp Business Platform, trained on your services, hours and booking rules. It replies in seconds, asks the questions you would, books into your real calendar and hands the chat to a person when it should.

Chat opened from a click-to-WhatsApp ad · 2-bed condo, Liberty Village · opt-in recorded
Hi, is the 2-bed in Liberty Village still available? We’d love to see it this weekend.
Hi, I’m Harbourline’s virtual assistant — a person can take over any time. It’s still available. Are you pre-approved for a mortgage, and when are you hoping to move?
Yes, pre-approved last month. We need to move by March. It’s me and my partner.
Priya Shah is the listing agent. She has Saturday 11:00 am, Saturday 2:30 pm or Sunday 10:00 am. Which suits you both?
Saturday at 11, please. Also — would the seller look at offers below asking?
You’re booked for Saturday at 11. Questions about offers go to Priya directly, so I’ve passed yours to her. You’ll get a reminder here on Friday evening.
Hi, Priya here. Thanks for booking. I’ll bring recent sales in the building on Saturday and we can talk through offers then.
Qualified and booked in 1 min 36 s — logged to the CRM, offer question handed to the agent.
Set this up for my businessA verified business, a number on the WhatsApp Business Platform — often the one you already use — and opt-in wording that names your business. We also draft the templates Meta must approve before reminders can go out.
Your services, the prices you’re happy to share, hours, booking rules, the questions you’d ask a new lead and what always goes to a person. The assistant answers from this playbook and nothing else.
A customer’s message opens a 24-hour window for normal replies. Inside it, the assistant answers, qualifies, accepts photos and books. Outside it, only approved templates are sent, such as reminders.
Every chat is logged with a summary. Your team can step into any conversation from a shared inbox. Each month we review the chats with you and tune the playbook.

Meta no longer allows general-purpose AI chatbots on the WhatsApp Business Platform. Your assistant handles your business’s tasks — questions, bookings, reminders — and politely declines the rest.
Customers opt in to messages from your business by name. After the 24-hour window, only Meta-approved templates are sent. Promotions go only to contacts who agreed, with sender ID and an easy way to stop, in line with CASL and US consent rules.
It introduces itself as a virtual assistant. Customers can ask for a person at any time, and your rules decide what is handed over straight away: offers, complaints, anything urgent.
For clinics, it sticks to scheduling and non-clinical questions and never gives clinical advice. We minimize health information in chats and storage, and design around PIPEDA, PHIPA (vendors act as agents of the custodian) or HIPAA.
Four agents and a part-time admin. About 40 WhatsApp enquiries a week from listing ads and sign riders, many after 8 pm. The assistant answers, qualifies and books showings; agents take over for offers and negotiation.
About 3–4 hours a week back for the agents (estimate)
Estimates use typical volumes and include a 20% allowance for overlap and ramp-up. Your audit measures the real numbers.
Many people would rather send a WhatsApp message than call or fill in a form: buyers browsing listings at night, clients booking a treatment, homeowners with a photo of a leak. Those messages land on one person’s phone. Replies wait until morning, the same questions get answered by hand, and little reaches the CRM.
The hours are only part of it. Someone who messages three businesses tends to book with the first one that answers properly.
It runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta’s system for businesses, not on a personal phone. It replies in seconds from a playbook you approve, asks your qualifying questions, offers real slots and sends a confirmation. Outside the 24-hour window it sends only approved templates, such as reminders.
It’s deliberately narrow. Your assistant handles your tasks, says it’s an AI, and passes anything sensitive — an offer, a complaint, a clinical question — to a person with the full conversation. It pairs naturally with AI lead qualification.
Click-to-WhatsApp ads on Facebook and Instagram open a chat straight from the ad, and we keep the ad’s source on the lead so you can see which campaigns turn into bookings. Meta ads feed the same flow, as do website buttons and QR codes on sign riders.
Every conversation ends up in your CRM — HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Follow Up Boss or a spreadsheet — with a summary your team can read in ten seconds. If you want WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook messages in one shared team inbox, we set one up, built on Zernio.
Every engagement is scoped on a call. You’ll know the cost before anything is built.

In most cases, yes. Meta lets numbers already used with the WhatsApp Business app connect to the Business Platform, and we check eligibility before anything changes. If yours can’t move, we set up a new number.
Yes, for business tasks. Since January 2026, Meta no longer allows general-purpose, “ask me anything” AI chatbots on the WhatsApp Business Platform. Assistants that handle a business’s own bookings, support and reminders are still allowed, and that’s all we build.
WhatsApp allows normal replies for 24 hours after a customer’s last message. Outside that window, a business can only send templates Meta approved in advance. We write and submit yours, so confirmations and reminders still go out on time.
Only to contacts who opted in to hear from your business, using Meta-approved marketing templates. Each one identifies your business and makes it easy to stop, in line with CASL in Canada and US consent rules. We suggest starting with bookings and reminders.
Whenever the customer asks, or your rules say so. Offers, complaints and anything clinical or urgent go to your team’s shared inbox with the full chat and a summary. The assistant tells the customer a person will reply, and never guesses.
It depends on chat volume, integrations and Meta’s own charges for template messages, which vary by type and country. We scope it on a short call and give you a fixed build price and a clear monthly running cost, including Meta’s charges, before anything is built.
Bring your call volume, your tools and the part that annoys you most. In 20 minutes you’ll know what it would take — and whether it’s worth doing.
